I had a mixed experience at this resort. While it was clean, and the hot breakfast was a nice touch, I found the rooms in need of serious updates and the mattress uncomfortable. The location was good for accessing nearby towns, but overall, the value for what I paid felt lacking.

Rooms
5.0
The room was old, dark, and very uncomfortable due to a noisy mattress. Even though it was clean, I wouldn't recommend it.
Service
5.0
The breakfast service was decent, but overall, the attention to detail was lacking, especially after my injury due to the bed frame.
Location
6.0
The hotel is conveniently located near various towns and a great market, but the nearby options for activities seemed limited.
Dining
7.0
The hot breakfast was a nice perk, but it could benefit from adding more options, like a waffle maker.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities felt outdated, and there was no elevator, which was challenging, especially for older guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this resort spa. The accommodations were clean and comfy, and the indoor pool and hot tub were definitely highlights for me. The breakfast options could be improved, but the staff made me feel right at home. Overall, it offered great value for money, but there were a few areas that could use a little enhancement.

This hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to stay in Northwestern Michigan. It's recently renovated, very clean, and comfortable, with a lovely pool and hot tub area. The breakfast is exceptional and a big bonus. However, internet access can be tricky at times, which might be due to weather issues, and while the room amenities are great, a coffee pot would have been a nice addition.

8.4/10

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel during a busy event weekend. The management and staff were incredibly accommodating, and I appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a variety of items. However, the fitness center needs an upgrade as the equipment was quite outdated. Overall, it felt like a good value for the price, despite the slightly inflated rates due to the event.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, although my first room was near the pool area, which I didn't prefer. The front desk staff quickly moved me to another room with a lovely outside view.

I had a great experience overall at this resort! The rooms were impressive and clean, with a wonderful whirlpool tub, but the arrangement wasn’t ideal for privacy in the mornings. The breakfast spread was decent but could have offered more variety. The pool and hot tub area were fantastic, providing lots of fun for the kids during our stay. The only downer was that the internet connection was a bit spotty due to the heavy snowfall, but I plan on coming back for sure.

Rooms

The room I stayed in was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, equipped with a whirlpool tub, though the layout with curtains could compromise morning privacy.

The service was outstanding with accommodating staff ready to help us with anything we needed.
Location

The location was convenient, being close to dining options like McDonald's and Big Boy, and very near a grocery store for any necessities.
Dining

Breakfast had a good spread, though it was limited to biscuits and gravy alongside sausage, offering room for improvement.
Facilities

The pool area was huge, perfect for families wanting a good swim. The hot tub was also a highlight.
